RecommendedWe like it here. Our apartment home is cozy and our neighbors are nice. We've had a few experiences with new tenants that were off putting but the management team were on top of it so that is comforting.Anytime we've had a maintenance issue they've been on top of it and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. As for apartment complex living, we recommend it. We feel safe.
This place is disgusting. There is always trash in the breezeways. not just wrappers and little things but whole trash bags just sitting outside of most units front doors. Valet trash rules aren't enforced. Kids playing and screaming in the parking lot even at night. Parking is challenging. Walls and ceilings are so thin, you can hear your neighbors sneeze.
We have covid and our office staff are very helpful and considerate of our situation. Thank God for them and that. Other then that I'm happy we can trust our neighbors and office staff as well as depend on them. It's a great community.

I have lived her about a year and a half. The staff is responsive, the location is wonderful and I feel safe here. I recommend Dartmouth Woods to anyone looking for a comfy new home.

They let maintenance in when u clearly tell them not too and u end up missing money a lot of money and no one was held responsible! Long time resident but soon to leave

I have had issues with management from Day 1 & we are constantly having negative encounters with them. Location is good but apartments are a little out dated & maintenance is slowly on the decline. For what they charge you should get great service, so I would go else where. P.S. - Never written a bad review before but its deserved here.

The complex is not only great on location but the comfort it brings is just great overall! staff is amazing, they are always on top of things! I would recommend these complexes to just about anyone!

Location! My dog loves walking along Bear Creek Trails you can step out of your apartment right into the trail and my loft style apartment is definitely the most unique floor plan as everyone comments on how fun it is and i have great creek views from my Bay Window and Balcony!!
