Did the staff keep the temperature in the waiting room pleasant? Yes Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care? Most of the staff were wonderful and I felt that they really 'got' what a holistic approach to care means. Is this business handicap-accessible? I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
