Very rude and assuming receptionists and nurses. Horrid care bordering malpractice. Doctors never return phone calls that they assure you they will make. Run as far from this place as possible
The receptionist for my general family medicine team A receptionist Jennifer was very rude. It made no sense. She had a stand in there when I had to make another appointment for about six months later and then when we came in the inside part, she had an attitude and said it’s gonna take a while. I’m on the phone, you could sit down all loud and disrespectful, mind you this my first time at this hospital and I’m a new patient.
When I was 24 I went here for my last physical before being kicked off my parents health insurance. I got all the blood work and tests available, including an STI panel. The next day a nurse calls me and says I have to come in immediately for a liver biopsy because "you have Hepatitis". After obviously panicking I sent the results to another Doctor's office and after taking a look at the result for 5 seconds they said "you don't have Hepatitis, you tested positive for the Hepatitis antibody, meaning, you've been vaccinated a... read more
