I am writing to formally submit a serious complaint regarding the unprofessional and deeply harmful behavior displayed by Dr. Park during a recent appointment involving my sister. Instead of receiving the care, compassion, and respect expected from a medical professional, my sister was subjected to harsh, belittling, and deeply insulting remarks from Dr. Park. The staff is fantastic. However, they billed me $800 to establish care (take down my medical history). When I called to ask why it was so much, they told me it was $329 to see the doctor and $469 for the room we talked in. My insurance covered $300 of it. I paid $500 to tell the practitioner my health history.
Geez. Just read a few “reviews”. You must be kidding me, right? My partner just had a procedure to remove a 9 mm kidney stone yesterday, look that one up everybody, and we could have not have been more impressed and pleased from check in to patient discharge. Very rude and assuming receptionists and nurses. Horrid care bordering malpractice. Doctors never return phone calls that they assure you they will make. Run as far from this place as possible
