I've been waiting for months, but my refund still hasn't arrived. Update: I had a long conversation with this woman, during which she agreed to issue a refund. However, she later went back on her word and falsely claimed it was a “no call, no show.” I have proof to refute this and will be attaching it to this review. I came across this shop while doing my research for finding a reputable place to get tints done for my 2025 Tesla. I am incredibly pleased with the results of my tints, my car looks great! The owner and staff have been so kind, helpful and extremely informative. Before even scheduling my appointment I spoke with the owner on the phone for a good 30 min and she educated me on all I would need to know about tinting my vehicle and the safety, precautions and legalities behind it. We decided to go with Darth Shader after getting several quotes from vendors around town. We received many cheaper quotes, but we picked Sharon in the end because she was the only person we spoke with that sounded like she really cared about her product, and stood by her work - and I'm really happy that we did. From the first contact I had with this business, I knew I was in good hands. Despite my complete inexperience/lack of knowledge with ceramic tint, I had everything explained to me in an easy to understand way by the owner Sharon and I learned my options on my first phone call.
