I just called to get an estimate for tinting my daughter's car windows and the lady who answered the phone was a real B¡+%# didn't even ask questions and straight up said we are a full ceramic shop only we dont mess with partial window tints. I didn't even get to explain what i was looking for and I will be taking my 4 cars that need to be tinted elsewhere and yes I was looking for full ceramic tints as it's worth it. someone should really train this lady in customer svc and not to be rude and nasty on the phone
