We've been renting a townhouse from Darshana since 2018 and have a good overall experience dealing with them. Rent stayed below market rate the entire time there and they were reasonably responsive to our maintenance request. Not sure about the other negative reviews but we didn't have any complaints.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK. Do not use this property management company. Do not work with Kermit Dowdy. I totally agree with other reviewers that they will charge you unnecessary fees and will not refund your security deposit. Also they will take weeks to complete the maintenance work requests. They deserve negative stars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
