DR IS GOOD BUT FRONT OFFICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY TALK OVER YOU AND ARGUE AND ORDER TESTS AT WRONG LOCATION THEN ACT LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM.
Dr. Lyons is great! I've never had any issues with my appointments, he always concerned about your well being. He always ask do you have any questions or concerns about anything! He has been my Primary care physician since I relocated to Oakland almost 7 yrs ago.
Dr. Lyons, is an amazing doctor that care about his patients. I feel confident that he will find a solution to my health problems. He has excellent bed side matters and listen to his clients. He always ask at the end of the visits "" are there any questions "". I'm blessed to have a PCP that cares.
Dr. Lyons and his staff are very professional and friendly. They care about your health and takes the time to address any concerns that you may have.
Dr. Lyons has been my doctor for several years. He is kind and patient with me. He listens to all of my issues and doesn't make me feel like he's rushing me. I don't feel like a number but someone he cares about my well being. He has taken care of all of my medical needs.
Dr. Lyons is a wonderful doctor. Staff was nice. But I had a very difficult time having his nurses to call me with test results and a Rx refill, ended up having to speak with the practice manager Jennifer to get results. Thank you Jennifer.
Dr Lyons is a Awesome Doctor. He promotes health and wealth. He's a great doctor because He gets to the root of the problem
