Totally Recommended for whoever wants to do Endoscopy and or Colonoscopy. Best GI Dr. Ever.
Dr. Brenner is one of the best doctors i have ever seen in the U.S. He is very professional, listens carefully, and addresses issues with patience. I saw some reviews, that were unfair. I also waited more than 6 months to visit this wonderful doctor which it shows how great he is, in his job. He is a treasure for Northwestern medicine and also for all Chicagoans. I recommend him, 100 percent for whoever looking for doing Colonoscopy and Endoscopy or having any GI problems. GOD bless Dr. Brenner!
Definitely recommend Dr. Brenner for any gastrointestinal issues. He is knowledgeable and very professional.
Dr. Brenner is one of the worst Gastroenterologist for Gastroparesis. I don’t mind his arrogance but he was unprofessional. He doesn’t look at the patient, just his computer. After seeing him for awhile, he said you’re too complicated, I can’t help you. I was actually turned away after dealing with Amy, his PA, and she was excellent! Northwestern doesn’t excel in the digestive area. Do not see this doctor.
Dr. Brenner spent a very limited amount of time talking to me. The appointment felt rushed and at no point did he do a health evaluation. I was charged for an “extended” new patient visit and somehow had lab fees when we only had a short discussion. Additionally, I was charged a facility fee of close to $100. He is listed as a Dr. at Northwestern but somewhere in the packet when you arrive it states that he doesn’t have an office here so the patient has to pay for it. I felt so taken advantage of and would not recommend an a... read more
I waited for an appointment for many months for an on going and painful gastro problem that other gastro specialist were unable to diagnosis. I thought he was highly regarded. He did not resolve my issue and I did not feel he tried very hard. He insisted that a very minor issue was the cause so, in my opinion, he could come up with a quick diagnosis. I just checked my online medical record and it appears he listed this minor issue as a central issue to conform to his diagnosis. A year later my issue is finally resolved and t... read more
Dr Brenner violated my HIPPA rights and lied about my test results. I discovered that he had lied when I requested my medical records from the hospital and saw the complete opposite of what he told me. Additionally, he discontinued some of my treatments that other doctors had prescribed which caused a decline in my health. Would never recommend him to anyone.
The experience was wonderful (except for the prep the day before. He is an excellent physician with a truly competent staff. Highly recommend.
This was an excellent process. I had pain for years and numerous doctors. Dr Brennar found the problem immediately. Wish I had gone to him sooner. Highly recommend him!
