Dr. Kocs and staff are the best. The communication system with the schedulers stinks. Under the old system, you would be connected to a scheduler and talk directly to them or leave a voice message. Now you talk with whomever answers the incoming call, give them a message, they relay the message to the scheduler, the scheduler calls you and talks or leavers a message. If you need to discuss the matter further, you repeat the above cycle. Either go back to the old system or improve this one.
Excellent as usual. Dr. Koch is one of a kind & I am very fortunate to be his patient considering everything.

Dr. Kocs is a compassionate and excellent partner to have in my corner. Same goes for Rachel, his nurse practitioner. Wonderful staff in the infusion area as well. The only downside I have experienced is in the administrative area. Simply, forgetting I was there and having to wait over an hour at times.
