Came in to look around few weeks ago very friendly .
Very poor communication. Had service come onsite to diagnose an issue. Then presented with the solution and pricing, both technicians expressed how expensive they felt the part was. Suggested that I look online to see if I could find it cheaper. I asked if I should do the research on a cheaper part and then follow up with them to schedule the install. Both technicians agreed. I love supporting local businesses! I purchased a dishwasher and disposal today at Darrell's. I was greeted at the door, provided good information and was able to make a decision based on my needs and budget. No high pressure sales are a huge plus in my book! Family friendly, clean store, excellent service, locally owned.
I made a request for service after hours one night and the website said within 2 hours or next business day. Well next business day, no call, no e-mail. Still waiting.........
I went to a competitor this morning to look at dishwashers and they gave me the "I don't knows" with questions about the appliances. So I went to Darrels and met Jackie, she was super nice answered all my questions and demonstrated the different features to me.
Excellent customer service. Everything about Darrel's is top notch. We have been using them for over 20 years for repairs and new appliances. Love the service. Huge shout out to the installation crew
