Terrible after-sale service. It took them 9 months to "fix" a fridge they admitted was defective when they delivered it to us. I initiated every call - they never called me back even when they said they would. When they finally "fixed" it, it is worse now than before. Not even going to bother calling them again because I am so tired of the whole situation. We'll make due with a defective fridge until we can buy one from anywhere else but here. I love the folks at Darrels appliance. I have found them to be knowledgable and helpful. I have made many purchases from them and have been very happy with my purchase.
Service was satisfactory except for pricey delivery and hook up. For that reason I think I will go elsewhere next time.
We have been stuck with Darrell's appliances as the authorized service center for our LG fridge that quit working barely a year after we bought it. They have been terrible to work with and have no sense of urgency to help our situation. After more than 2 1/2 weeks without a fridge, we still have no answers about when it will actually be fixed and nobody at Darrell's or LG seems to care about providing real customer service. I would never recommend purchasing from Darrell's or the LG brand.
We have been treated so nice by the salesmen and repairmen. So far so good with everything we get from them.
Went in on a sat around 1ish. Not one other person shoping in store. I was looking to get a dishwasher and a stove and had cash. For some reason all the employees I could see were gathered around a table laughing and having a great time why I stood there wondering what happened to customer service. We have worked with these guys for a long time and they have always been great to work with. They have been prompt and incredibly knowledgeable. If you are looking for a new appliance look no further than than Darrell's!
I have only had wonderful experiences with Darrell's. I've bought a handful of appliances from them and had their service technicians come to my house in the past. Great service! I highly recommend them!
