After having my 2020 Subaru Forrester installed with new brakes, oil change tire rotation, and fluid flush from another business, I had check engine and sensor lights issues. I took it to Darrel Walltrip Subaru today to have all the issues addressed. Including a driver side window that wasn't working properly. Every time I’ve been to have my car serviced everyone has been so helpful and nice. I drive the extra few minutes to take my Crosstrek here. Rob and mason were both super helpful this last time I was there and got my service and tire patched up in a timely manner!
I am never one to leave a review. The service I had I Darrell Waltrip Subaru was absolutely phenomenal. They were quick and efficient with my service, they even took the extra steps to research my warranty and fix something on my vehicle so I didn’t have to deal with it later. I hate that I don’t live in town so I can go back for all of my service needs. I would recommend Waltrip to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience at Waltrip Subaru in Franklin Tennessee. I am visiting from out of town and had a problem with a tire. I was treated promptly , professionally, and with warm hospitality. My service consultant, Alan Mickinak went over and above to get me back on the road. I went to Subaru knowing the repair would be done correctly. I did not expect to be treated as if I bought the 2020 Ascent from them. This is a first class operation!!

My wife bought a 2019 Forester two months ago. Terrible overall experience, very disappointed because we were both excited about purchasing one. I would not recommend this dealer

Very hard to deal with during this time !Dont know why ? Have very high doc fees and other fees they call it.Cant talk to a manager evidently.
Had a valve body issue in my Crosstrek's CVT. I was quoted a price before my service, and the bill ended up being exactly what I was quoted. They didn't try to run my bill up in any way, and they were very helpful. I also feel like I was not overcharged. I will be back in the future!
