I can only say that Attorney Heather Gardner and her assistant Laura Sotelo exceeded my expectations. They were professional compassionate and understanding and resolved my case for LTD in a timely manner. I am very grateful for their outstanding work and can highly recommend them to anyone struggling with a disability claim.
I contacted Darras about a year ago after watch several of their YouTube videos and they put me in contact with Heather Gardner. Couldn't hope for a nicer person. She listened to my case for STD and advised me I should be fine filling and getting approval on my own. Went through first time. When it came time to transition too LTD with Unum I contacted Heather again.
