Small menu but don't let that stop you. Everything we've tried had been very well done. Good selection of beers on tap, too.
Our son found this place while going to school in SF. We have to eat here every time we are in the Bay Area. It's a must try if you haven't been here. Excellent from scratch food and beer/wine choices. Weekly specials that we look forward to as well. The best burgers, mac n cheese, deviled eggs, fried chicken sandwich, veggie burger... well, okay, we like everything there. The owner and staff are super nice- always- and the atmosphere is comfortable.
The best beer bar and restaurant in the universe! Their beer menu is very skillfully and thoughtfully procured. They carry great brews for serious beer-lovers. And the food! That kitchen does NOT mess around. Everything you order is going to be fantastic. You can literally taste all the love and care that goes into the food. I used to think that the smoked chicken Cobb was the best thing, and then I tried the veggie burger. Yum! And then the buffalo chic sandwich. And then...you see where this is going, right? it's all great food!! Specials? Yes! They have a lot of them. Definitely worth a trip even if you don't live nearby. Friendly. Unpretentious. And delicious.
