My child came in with a skin issue during peak flu season and the staff was extremely accommodating for a non-sick visit. They put us in our own room after check-in to ensure we were removed from others who were sick. The lead doctor Erin is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Had to give two stars because of the drastic difference in visits I had while here. The first visit was with a Dr.Erin on Nov 3rd, she was very kind courteous and professional. She took the time to thoroughly go through my check up, nebulize me, and make sure I was prescribed the correct medication. As I was dealing with acute bronchitis that led into the flu. The facility was clean and well organized, and so were all the staff. 😄 Actually the staff were all great, professional but polite and courteous. I would recommend the Darien Intermediate Care for all your needs, including DOT physicals.
Very thorough and wonderful bedside manner! The doctor helped me understand what I had and what I needed to get well. Quick response and my prescriptions were sent directly to my local pharmacy. Feeling better already!
