Dr Gustafson saw Rocket the first time yesterday. I have been going to Darien Animal Clinic since 2006 They are the best ! I took my dog for evaluation. My dog was crying and barking and in a lot of pain. After I decided on euthanasia, the staff decided that while I was holding my dying dog, to collect payment. I needed a payment plan. The “ head doctor” Richard Morris came into the exam room and proceeded to tell me that “ they didn’t know me” inferring that I was not reliable for payment and that “ they need to get paid”.
