I've been a customer at the cottage grove Dari mart for many years, and have gotten to know the employees there very well, especially the manager who has been there for many many years. I was upset to hear that corporate is forcing him to transfer to another store against his will. Employees and customers are very upset, and I have heard many people say they will not shop there anymore because of this, myself included. Dislike going in to multiple locations to find dirty and I mean dirty frozen iced coffee drink machine!! You can no tell me that flap of dried up syrup that looks like a shedded snakes skin is clean!! But what tops it off is today I pour myself one from your Thurston location, take a big ole drink to have my mouth covered with chunky particles of something rancid!!!! An iced beverage does Not come with chunks of unidentifiable objects!!!!!
Please put in a drive up window. I really like the Dari marts in Eugene and springfield with drive up windows
I have issues with the Cheshire Darimart almost every night I pass it on my way home and they're closed about 10 minutes early tonight I drive by and again they're closed early and not just 10 minutes the hours say Monday thru Saturday 6 am until 11 pm it was 1030 on a Saturday and they were already closed I will be calling the corporate office on Monday
Was just in the store on 11th and bertelsen for a soda. Charged me for a 32oz cup but the cups available were only 28oz cups. When I pointed this out to the cashier his response was " how did you do those measurements?" To which I replied " I read the cup." The Dept of Weights and Measures generally frowns upon this type of business practice.
Dante at the 6th st location in Eugene doesn't understand how to approach people with service animals who are clearly labeled as such. I am beyond offended.
Emoloyees at Hwy 99 store in Eugene are rude. No matter what day of the week or the weather, theyre rude. For someone who has shopped dairy mart since a child buying penny candy from the friendly, familiar faces, to now miserable cashiers who just look at you when you approach the counter. No verbal communication. Just an impatient, piercing stare. The ladies at the store on hwy 126...are always nice and very helpful.....Just wanted to put out some recognition for always putting on a smile
