Awful company. Darden is 100% a crook. Pay attention to the reviews and listen to anyone who has rented from the man, Patrick Darden is a crooked, awful human being.
Don’t do it! I wish I had read reviews before renting. I usually do, but we were wanting to get out of the apartment lease we had. Too bad this was way worse. Everything everyone has written, I wouldn’t put it past them. Even if you don’t believe ALL the reviews, I’d bet on the side of caution. I'd give a 0 star review if I could. If I had to sum up my experience, I'd say they are lazy and money hungry. Here's a rundown of the nightmare that has been the past 5 months of my life. These are copy and pasted excerpts from an email sent to the BBB, where they currently have a 1 star rating. I'd paste the entire thing, but it is too long. They have been the absolute WORST Property Management company I have experienced. More concerned about nickel and diming residents out of their hard earned money than actually repairing apartments.

0 stars if i could, Sent a review to bbb they lied and claimed they never did business with me so i sent actual proof to the bbb of dardens name and signature as well of mines and bbb left review up. They are consistantly lying and will do anything for you to get in contract then they treat you like dirt when they've made mistakes and wont own up to em.
