Terrible customer service!! I waited 3+ hours for a new tire and an oil change! They send you a text message saying you can contact them through text but nobody responds. This is absolutely ridiculous. Dealerships are a bunch of BS and twice the price for everything! Thanks VW fir such great service.

I love my VW — the car itself is fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience with Darcars both after the sale and with service was frustrating. I had to send countless emails and follow-ups just to get my tags on time, and I only got them at the last minute.
