I purchased a vehicle from here before seamlessly several years ago and returned expecting the same excellent service. Unfortunately, I was lied to about the vehicle availability, and when I canceled and tried to get my money back it took them several months and a call to the corporate office before I was refunded. Very disappointed but thankfully, Pohanka had what I wanted and great service.
Es una pena que en este Dealer tengan una atención al cliente muy mala ellos creen que tenemos su tiempo en especial los que atienden en servicio de los carros pero el rato de vender prometen todo que pena da más la actitud que tienen con uno primero lo ven si está de corbata o tengo que venir vestido con una minifalda lástima que somos muchos que trabajamos y no tenemos tiempo de cambiar de ropa no digo que vine sucio deberían poner más atención al trato y la forma que atienden no recomiendo este lugar malll
