This dealer is shady with numbers. They tell you one thing over the phone to get you to come inside. Do not recommend this dealer
Service: Unapologetically lacking any sense of urgency on everyone's part. Didn't get checked in until 30-minutes past my appointment, then was told a 1.5-hour wait and they don't do recalls on weekends even though they allowed me to schedule it; apparently an appointment doesn't mean anything. Service Advisor offered to but couldn't get a hold of her service manager to accommodate, so they have poor internal communication as well. If it wasn't under warranty, nobody should be here. (Car finally moved 45-minutes later FYI)
What a great experience! I bought my first Electric Car and Yachir, the salesman went the extra mile over and over. I came for the great price and was extremely happy with the whole new car buying process. Thank You!
My husband bought me a new Volkswagen Tiguan. Our experience with Yachir, was really great. We give him 5 stars… He is a very honest and trusting young man. His quiet demeanor and kindness was welcomed because buying a car can be intense. Although Yachir was phenomenal,……… I give the dealership 3.5 stars….no dealership manager was on duty….at all…..than, waiting ALL day, & entire evening to just see a finance officer to find out …that Volkswagen location doesn’t have one. ….”extremely inconvenient” . By far the best Volkswagen dealership in my area! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs, working with me every step of the way without being overly pushy like other places.
