Great communication
They were playing games. we spoke via email several times. I told them that I was coming to the showroom which was a 4 hour drive. I called to confirm the vehicle was still there but could not speak to the sales man that I was emailing with. And I called 5 five times. On the sixth call finally spoke to a manager. vehicle was defective and could not sale it to me.
They called me 10 times in two hours..
I was purchasing from out-of-state. They followed up consistently, arranged all the details, and closing was a breeze.

I was helping my brother locate a Ford Ranger pickup and saw a good looking truck at Darcars in Rockville. Mauricio, our salesman was great to deal with along with all the other working people there, they treated us good and sold my brother what looks to be a very nice truck. Thanks guys!
Near quick response that car was no longer available. Better if I had called in lieu of online.
This car was no longer available, had been sold the night before. The salesperson I had been in touch with was off that day but had told another salesperson to expect me. He was able to get me into a similar great car and made the process seamless.
Gave a fair price on trade the vehicle advertised was real but the nissan dealer knew very little about the infinity product. Good experience
