Wow, what a nice, friendly dealership they are!! We spoke with several people there, including our sales consultant Mauricio, who was truly amazing. I have to tell you, we have bought (and sold, and traded in) a lot of cars over the last 40+ years, and this was by far the easiest, most pleasant transaction EVER!! Treated me fairly and good.
Only complaint was that although they did a great job cleaning up the exterior of the van before completing the purchase, the interior was not as clean as we had hoped (especially after a 2.5 hour wait...). But I guess that's not much to complain about. Overall, my experience at the Rockville Darcars was outstanding.
They followed up, but ended up buying a year newer car.
