If I could rate less than one star I would. I was wanting to buy a Lexus GX I found online. I live out of the state of NY and was unable to see the vehicle in person. On Saturday I called the dealership and spoke with a sales rep. I tried to put money down for a deposit, however the manager said that I needed to wait until photos could be taken after the vehicle was prepped and detailed. I bought a 2024 Lexus TX from Keyes Lexus in May 2025. The sales experience was pleasant but what really went wrong is after the sales. As per every sale, at the end, the sales person would tell you the registration tags and license plates will come in the next 8 weeks. I gave it it 12 weeks and noticed my plates never came. the sevice supplied was well done, however charging my wife $69.00 dollars to disppose of 6 spark plugs is unbelievable. I called the ass manager and he tod me it was a built in algoithm for the sevice dept and he could do nothing about it. BEWARE CHECK ANY DISPOSAL FEES BEFORE AUTHORIZATION OF WORK DONE. This is outright theft by LEXUS, WASTE IS PART OF DOING BUSINESS. BEAWARE OF THIS SCAM
I have a 2007 LexusGX350 and went to buy a tire key this morning. The service was incredible and fast. While I was paying, a guy from the parts dept came out and found the matching key. It took 2-3minutes. The key costs me $30. Well. Last week I went to another dealer of different brand and the key cost me almost $200 and more than 1 hour.. My lesson is that when you can afford, buy a Lexus and if you live close by go to Lexus of Naperville.
