Took my 2013 Jeep wrangler on 12/31/15 to have brakes and rotors put on. Picked up Jeep on 1/4/16, cost was $579.23....Brake light comes on 4 days later. Took it back on 1/11/16, the mechanic that worked on it was out sick. I had to wait and bring it back the next day. He takes a look at it and tells me its not drivable. There's a hole in the left rear hard brake line and it was gonna cost me $793.00. So we said bullshit and call the Chrysler, what a joke. So we took it to Cape Auto in Annapolis. I will never purchase another vehicle from there again. I purchased a used 2010 Chrysler Sebring and the very next day I noticed a strange sound from the brakes. Took it back up there for them to look at multiple times and they kept saying nothing was wrong. I had to spend hundreds of dollars putting new brakes on a car that should've been serviced before I purchased it.

After getting the sale, this dealership throws you away. Two months after purchasing a brand new Jeep. Still have not received hard tags. I can't even get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue! Horrible customer service, wish I could return everything and start all over with another dealership.
The service manager ...and you know who you are ....is very condescending. But most ignorant people are.
These are the rudest most unprofessional piece of crap,lying bastards I have ever dealt with in my life!!!! Please don't ever buy or service anything at this dealership! ! They are a bunch of crooks! Racist service department supervision. Putting used parts on new vehicles etc....they don't even deserve a star at all...Even the customer complaints department are a waste of time and energy. ..1800 Darcars. ..worthless group of people.
