RecommendedI visited a few other dealerships before buying from Darcars. My experience with everyone at the dealership was hands down better than any other dealer I have worked with. Professional, fair and straightforward! This was well worth the hour drive from NOVA!
I’m not happy with the service Had to wait a long time I feel like I was taken advantage of after all I just needed a tire taken off and the spare put on so that wouldn’t have cost that much so they told me if they don’t have the master key it would be charged over 200.00 to cut it off so you know what I was told the master didn’t fit so I was charged the high price of 200.00 and waited about 4 hours. So very unhappy.
Just bought our new Dodge Charger from them. Tim the GM was amazing as was the Sales Manager Cedrick and the Finance Manager Kenneth. They were very accommodating to our needs and we definitely recommend them. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
Worst experience ever this is my 1st time ever coming here and I was charged $546 nothing on my car was fixed at all
Bought my new vehicle today. Of all dealerships I have worked with over decades, the sales staff at Darcars New Carrollton was the most attentive, efficient, and flexible. The entire process was completely hassle-free and I felt great about the transaction. I could see that their staff are operating together as professionals and without undue stress from management. Each person operated as an effective part of a team and the resulting service was First Class!

2 years ago when it was time to get the first oil change in my Fiat 500L I entered the words “Fiat dealership near me” into Google.
