I was sold a lemon. I have to both pay for the loan on the car and pay for the transmission on the car all because of lack of warranty. I am facing a financial chose that is completely unfair. I am paying for a car that does not work at all.
The service technician belittled my daughter and was so condescending that she left in tears. I confronted him and asked him to apologize and he told me he would never apologize and called her a liar. The manager came out and attempted to mansplain to me. I would never send anyone here, particularly women.
