Absolute worst experience I have ever had. The hospital could not apologize enough. Her staff was rude and disorganized and told me I was too late to get surgery, when we got to the Eagle Rd. hospital. We asked for help to get to surgery, nurse and my sister exchanged words. Doctor asked me what happened with nurse and I said she was rude; she didn't like me nor I her. Doctor refused to complete surgery on me. Never let me tell what happened with my sis and nurse (not me and nurse). It was AWFUL
Dr Webb is an orthopedic God! Seriously, she is outstanding! She has pulled me through my ACL/MCL, tear, surgery, graft, and recovery and has helped me regain my life. Very professional, very skilled, very talented. I cannot thank her enough! I definitely don't recommend an ACL tear but if you do, I highly recommend Dr Webb!
I set up my appointment for 8:00 am on a Monday morning so I would be her first patient. She never showed up. She called in and told to assistant to take over for her.
Dr. Webb helped me and my husband with our shoulder surgeries. We will be contacting her again for our needs. She is a very down to earth person that treats you like you are most important. She inspires confidence in the patient. We have no complaints (only praise) on her demeanor or work.
I saw her about my broken leg and she is very nice and knows what to do. She takes very good care of me.
My first meeting went well, the staff and the doctor were on time and although my conversation was short and the fix could not be done I was given a direction The second meeting I drove an hour to meet at a alternate clinic. No issue there but upon arrival I checked in and had waited 45 minutes in the lobby without even any notice that I would have to wait longer..rude is what comes to mind since there were two there , and yet didn't bother to come out. read other peoples reviews,we left
Dr. Webb is a fantastic surgeon with experience, expertise and a caring attitude. She will stay late on a Saturday night to help someone in need and takes time to talk to family and comfort them. She saves lives every week. My father would have died two weeks ago if she had not worked so tirelessly to rearrange his artificial hip and clear out a dangerous infection.
