Darby Development and it's properties are the worst I have ever seen or encountered. Their customer care and service is very bad. They are cheap and only care about money. They do NOT want to help improve safety, care for their residents and tennants honor resident's requests. Don't rent from any Darby Development Complex. Too much Cost vs. Value and their customer service is the worst!
