The management fee here is expensive, and every time I go to the administrator to report a problem, the problem cannot be solved, and there is no service at all. The employee neglected his or her duties. It's very cold inside in the winter, the temperature is 66 degrees Fahrenheit from morning to 18:00, and they don't turn on the heating in the winter. And it's racist
I like living here, security could be a little tougher, but Louis and the maintenance crew are great! Unsure what's going g on with the playground and the benches, plus Jermain the property manager seems to do nothing while everyone hates him!
