I am very satisfied with the thoroughness of the cleaning procedures used by the hygienist. I do, however, object the the continued pressure to purchase additional ones (unnecessary x-rays, etc.). I've been associated with several dental offices during my nearly 79 years and never have I been subjected to such pressure. It causes me to avoid coming on a regular basis.
Always feel that Dr Dapper explains things throughly each visit. His staff are very accommodating and professional.
