I never know what my cost will be until I step up to the reception desk upon exit. I came in for a cleaning but didn't realize (or forgot?) that I was also "due" for full x-rays and exam. Also, I didn't realize the "floride varnish" was an additional charge of over $50. I think costs should be stated before the work is agreed. (Sort of like a waiter telling you the specials but not the price...it's always nice to know the cost beforehand.)

Oddly enough, I like going to the Dentist because of the team Dr. Dapper has put together who treat me very well professionally, friendly, and make me feel I am in a good place.
