Three years ago we hired Tan to redo our irrigation around the house. We've also been using him for recurring yard maintenance since. Tan was very responsive through our questions when we first reached out to him but once the irrigation job started he disappeared. Today he never responds to my calls and no one responds to the emails even though we've been having problems with the irrigation: (1) sprinkler not working and the grass has dried out.
