I took my 2005 Dodge Neon to Danz some time ago after having my brakes done. When you used them to stop, they went all the way down to the floor. Upon taking the vehicle to Danz, they informed me the the brakes needed to be bled. Mind you, they could have told me that the master cylinder needed to be replaced but they didn't.
