Terrible experience had a terrible experience. my wife took our car here for an oil change/ tire rotation. minor issue: 1) Cost: they charged her $100 while other oil change places have historically charged about $40 for same service MAJOR issue: they FORGOT to put the oil cap back on. My wife drove about 100 miles, then I found the oil cap sitting on the engine with about 2 quarts of oil missing and oil everywhere. Great Customer Service This is one of the few places I trust my car with. There customer service is very good, and they actually give you very reasonable quotes. They probably do many things, but I have taken to get my brakes checked and I was very pleased. Also there turnaround time to get the job done was extremely fast!! I highly recommend this auto shop to get your job done right and cheap!
Mr. I wouldn't go there. People are very rude. I asked to speak with the manager and the manager was equally rude. Costco has much better tire prices and service.
tired of disreputable car repair people I paid $2000 to have my air conditioner repaired. 6 months later it isn't working again and they want to charge me to diagnose the problem -- woulnd't even consider looking into it first to determine if there was a problem with the original repair.
Fantastic Job! I had a very serious brake problem. I couldn't let my wife know, but something had to be done. I got caught! When I picked her up, she said that she wasn't going to fix the car, that I had to. Thank God for the yellow pages app on the iPhone. It popped up Danville Auto and Tire and we called it. Not only were they able to take care of the damage I did to her car, but did it very quickly (and this was on a Sunday) and we feel we got the best value that we could have hoped for. Satisfied Gave me a fair price to fix my gasket after all! Pete called me to say he could fix my right exhaust manifold gasket for $312.00 Total! I am ok with that price! That includes the $125.00 for the diagnostic I already paid for & $187.00 for the job..
Great people! I loved their servcie the first time when getting new tires for my ML350 and I loved Jan's effort to get me the best and most efficient tires for a great price when calling to get tires for my daughter's car... Definitly recommend them!
