Very rude office management staff, totally disappointed. Though Doctor Waheed is very polite, professional and knowledgeable, office reception is not at all kind and answerable.For doctor I will definitely give her 5 star ⭐️ but for staff- receptionist not even single star.She (receptionist)doesn’t even know how to talk to patients, not at all professional and polite, she(receptionist )is very rude with her expressions and answers.
Both Dr. Michael and Dr. Waheed are extremely attentive and caring. They don’t hold back on offering tests and don’t tell patients to go back and wait out the symptoms and come back only if symptoms worsens. Highly recommend.
Dr Waheed is my family doctor and is amazing. She is patient listens well and the support staff are all very nice, highly recommend.
This is an awesome establishment. They take each concern very serious and listen. Dr Rabia is my doctor and she’s very attentive and never dismissive. I really appreciate the team . The front desk is super sweet and always ready to help. Would totally recommend if you live in Oakville.
I had a very disappointing experience with this medical centre. The office management was rude, inflexible, and showed little regard for patients. I was charged a no-show fee for a same-day appointment, despite the circumstances being explained. Rather than listening or trying to resolve the issue respectfully, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.
