I called to ask a few questions and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The receptionist constantly cuts you off and won't let you finish your sentence. After interrupting me, she asked what I was calling about again—even though I was already trying to explain it to her. Both Dr. Michael and Dr. Waheed are super helpful and knowledgeable. They are both very kind and always willing to help. They offer above-and-beyond services and are always proactive, unlike other clinics where you have to chase the doctors. My family is registered with them, and we have been very lucky to get great care for the past year. They rotate on the weekends, which makes things very easy for us. My family has been using Danton Oakville for about 6 months, and have used the primary doctor, the walk-in and the lab services. All have been excellent! The service is fast, efficient and caring. I'm so glad we switched from our previous practice.
From the moment you walk into Danton Clinic, you feel surrounded by genuine care, kindness, and understanding. It starts at reception and continues with the doctors and the wonderful pharmacy team. There is a real feeling that people here truly care about you.
