I’ve visited this clinic several times and unfortunately had consistently negative experiences with the receptionist. On multiple occasions— including while I was there with my baby—she spoke in a raised voice and was dismissive when I asked simple questions. I also witnessed her speaking harshly to another staff member in a way that seemed unprofessional and uncomfortable. Even over the phone, the tone has been rude and unhelpful. I really like the clinic; At the clinic and the pharmacy, they were really helpful and useful. I liked the service and I really appreciate all the help I received, thank you very much.
Dr. Waheed is an amazing doctor - knowledgeable, kind and patient. I highly recommend her and am so happy to call her my family doctor. Reception has been great too accommodating requests for visits. Only downside is the clinic is open late - starts at 10am. Wished it opened earlier than that.
Horrible experience, I came as a walk in and the lady doctor said it was just a simple cold and to buy myself some Advil… went down to another clinic turns out I had influenza and got prescribed medication and felt a lot better. They do not care about patients, wasted my time and front desk is rude. There’s a reason why this place is empty. Be aware.
