BEWARE!!! Terrible Service! – TERRIBLE service! They completely messed up my hair, didn't give me a refund or even offer to fix it. Management unwilling to help at all. I left in tears! They took my money and ran. Not a good way to run business. BEWARE!!
Great Salon – I hadn't been to Dante Lucci in a few years and was scheduled for a cut and highlight with a "junior" stylist, Jenny. I was 25 minutes late for my appointment and was frantic. She was INCREDIBLY GRACIOUS considering my tardiness and did what I think is a FABULOUS job with a cut and two-color highlight. The prices are competitive and atmosphere is professional and relaxed. I love the new decor as well. I will definitely stay with Jenny and Dante Lucci.
The Perfect Salon Experience – I have been getting my hair cut at Dante Lucci's for two years now. I went there because my stylist quit Maxelle's and joined Dante Lucci's and I just tagged along. I had a bad experience at Dante Lucci. I was nervous because I had not had my hair done by this girl, but she listened to what I asked for and sounded confident in what she was going to do. I was getting my hair cut and colored only a slightly different shade of blond (which is my natural color). Well, it was colored first and it ended up orange. Best hair cut and very knowledgeable on products and styles! – I was referred by someone to get my hair cut at Dante Lucci's, and of course I was a little hesitant in trying out a new place and a new person in styling my hair.
