Communication, hardley ever heard from service advisor, never heard from insurance company, returned vehicle with branded title when it should have been totalled. Had to take it back a few times, parts falling of. Even the body man in back shop said it was a total just looking at it!

Excellent customer service! Pete went above and beyond to help us with our vehicle and working with our insurance company. They kept us informed about the situation and progress each step of the way. incomplete work. asked for three entire flares to be painted and they only painted one entire flare and two half flares and was even charged more than the estimate
The communications during the repair were excellent and the work flawless. The folks I interacted with were all very friendly and knowledgeable.
They did great work and kept in touch with me throughout the repair job. Made it easy to pick up and drop off my rental.

I took my vehicle there about a month or two ago and it had a tail light that was broken and a small dent near the tail light about the size of a quarter the owner asked what kind of insurance company I had I said I had Progressive so what he did was not repair the job correctly paint was a mismatch did not repair the bumper either that was part of the insurance claim he pocketed the extra money by telling the insurance adjuster that it would take this much time which was a week and he had to takeoff the whole side panel or ... read more
