We've had some great experiences but the latest was very frustrating. We ordered a very specific item their "last one" and we were sent a substitution without being contacted. Very disappointing.
Fast response before purchasing. Then after getting the bike, the stem bolt broke right away. Couldn't use it for weeks waiting on a email reply. Never got a reply. So had to fork out money to buy a new headset. Even tho I only road the bike once before it broke. Just the fact they ignored my email after 3 weeks waiting on a response, left me not wanting to do business anymore. And yes they received it cause I got a auto email saying they'll get back to me.
