I ordered a front hub guard not realizing it was the wrong one. No problem they accepted my package back and gave all my money back. Recently I've been looking for hubs I found the nice shadow Cassette hub in red tie die but unfortunately they don't have the same color way in the front. Other than that they are the go to guys.
Great company but they need to due away with sure post shipping. I have had nothing but probproblems when my package goes to post office. It is smooth and on time when ups comes to my door .I recamend place phone orders instead of online and specifically request package be delivered to address and not local post office.
Ordered a custom complete bike last Thursday and received it Friday evening. Got it just in time to hit the trails. Thank you so much for amazing customer service and the best online BMX store by far. I will definitely order from Dans comp in the future.

By far the worst customer service experience!! Ordered Profile cranks, received an open box that looked like it had been gone through. I ordered black cranks, the box said black, cranks were wrong color. Called thinking it would be easy to resolve because it was their fault.
