I've bought stuff through Dan's Comp. it was affordable, and sent out correctly and on time! What more could you want?
I called Monday 12/7/15 to place an order. They were having computer issues, no biggy. I call back about 2 hrs later still computer issues. I wait about 30 mins, per the reps advice to try placing my order online. Half an hour later I go to log on & place my order. I am nervous since my son has an end of the year race this weekend and he just told me his tire is messed up. Locally the tire is double the price. So I go & place my order Monday 12/7/15 & by 2:00 PM 12/9/15 the tires are on my front porch. Great job...thank you ... read more
Called to get prices and place an order for my son for xmas..... over $1200.... the most unprofessional...nasty customer service department and customer service reps. I would rather pay more then buy from them. I asked a question and the reply was as if the rep did not care if I placed the order or not... Dans Comp owner/pres/CEO... whoever... your customer service department is going to ruin your business. More companies out there to buy from and nicer to deal with.
