took my fiancee's car in for hail damage we should had the to be done in writing because the work promised was not all done and the sunroof was left open overnight and got rain in and ruined the seat covers which were not replaced and had scratches on the roof when they removed the rails on top but were told they had pics of them before they started work but we weren't shown the pictures, also were told two weeks to do the work and we were never called to let us know how the work was going and 4 weeks and one day later we go... read more

They always have great customer service. and do a fantastic job. They keep you very informed as to what is going on with your vehicle. the manager Mike Byrd is always friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
We have used Danny Myers twice now and each time the staff has been exceptional! Erin has gone out of her way to ensure we are not only taken care of but satisfied as well. Would definitely recommend!
The staff here is absolutely amazing. I came in with a desperate face and a broken side mirror. I needed it to be fixed immediately, and Ms.Erin took my keys and told me they will do what they can. Erin was awesome as she took me right in. She is a really good listener, was respectful, Kind, helpful and did so much to make us happy. We would highly recommend Danny Myers to do body work and or painting on your car. Thank you guys for doing such an awesome job! Keep up the good work!
My son went in on short notice, right before closing. Erin got him right in and fixed a part on his car immediately. It just requiresd a bolt. Incredible customer service!!
Was in a rear ended in my Jeep. Erin took my Jeep and had it fixed and even took it next door to have the mechanical issues. She is professional and a amazing lady. Thanks Erin for helping me.
Just came in from me and my friend colliding cars in the parking lot. (I know..) I hopped out of my car as she was pulling into the spot next to me. They got me fixed up and my car door readjusted within 10 minutes. And were so friendly! I’ll be back for the next car work I need done. They also had a coffee bar for struggling, tired moms. 🤣 10/10
