I and my daughter have gone to Dr. Chan for three years now. He did stents for both of us for our May Thurner's disease and he has treated my varicose veins. He has the best bedside manner. Very calm and kind, and also funny. Truly a wonderful doctor who seems to enjoy what he does.
He is excellent in his field of expertise. Also is kind, professional and truly concerned about his patients. He is what every doctor should strive to be. Confident, professional and highly skilled. Great personality too!
Starting from the staff in the front office and the medical assistants, all have a genuine desire to care for a patient’s needs. And of course, Dr. Danny Chan was beyond expectations in his empathy, patience, and professionalism toward his patients. It was my fortune to find Dr. Chan.
Had 9 procedures with Dr. Chan. Only 1 procedure was unsatisfactory. I paid the same for the 4 injection procedures, and only one was shorted on their accounting. I paid 40.00 on May 9, 2024 and I received a receipt. However, on July 2024 I received a bill stating I paid $25.00 and that I owed 15.00 for May 9, 2024 procedure. Best vascular physician in DFW! I highly recommend him!
Terrible experience with Dr. Chan. He did not return any of my calls ever; and I personally requested him to call me to his nurse. I will never use his services again.
He called me at home after hours; I had a face-to-face appointment scheduled with him and he changed this at the last minute. He discussed my CT scan results and his recommendations on the results which I disagreed with & told him so. He never returned any of my later calls to his office.
My daughter was referred to Dr Chan for suspected May Thurner disease. He is one of the leading specialists in the world. Upon meeting him I was impressed with his calm and friendly unrushed manner. He explains everything very well. He has an amazing bedside manner and is a kind, empathetic doctor. He has been treating my varicose veins and I have been very impressed. He is currently also treating my daughter for May Thurner as well. Strongly recommend for any vascular needs!
Dr. Chan is an outstanding physician. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain the treatment options and answer questions. He’s thorough and attentive.
