Would never recommend them. They hire lawyers that think its appropriate to boast that they're lawyers in order to intimidate people into getting what they want. Peter Rittling has serious issues and felt it was appropriate to threaten a manager of a self service car wash AFTER a resolution was already offered. Telling someone "I'm going to make you squirm in your seat while I depose you" Is grossly inappropriate when all that person was doing was THEIR JOB. Gross!!!!! Matthew Tamel (East Bay) is a public school district representative for my District and so far seems good enough -- the District recently let their inhouse counsel go and Matt stepped into that difficult situation without much hesitation. I haven't heard any complaints from parents or tax paying public so that's an accomplishment for Palo Alto.
