took my deposit of $800.00 never showed for instal date.
They used to be best in town and I highly recommended them in the PAST. However what's happened to them since they are no longer family owned is reason to stay away. Many years ago I had my whole house fitted with their excellent product...and today when I sense I problem I fear they may be out of business. No one answers the phone and web site is down...indications are not good.
The shutters seem to be good quality... time will tell. The customer service, however, is pretty terrible! I've been waiting for over 3 weeks to get my installation completed. They were unable to complete the install on the original date because they were missing a few parts. Then, they failed to follow up with me and make an appointment to come back. I had the misfortune of dealing with this company and wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy. I had a broken window and for the glass to be replaced, the plantation shutters had to be removed and then replaced back. First off, their customer service representatives are NEVER available. Their 800 number is a referral number and the person on the other line can only take a message. Then, there's maybe a 25% probability that they return your call within the next 24 hours.
