Hired them for Grease Trap cleaning. They charged my credit card when setting up appointment. Gave me 4 hour window from 10am to 2pm to show up. Never showed up. And Never called if they running late or going to show up. When I called them at 1:30pm, some lady said oh they had issue and they will show up now between 2 to 3pm. Had no decent courtesy to call customer that they running late. The lady claimed its not her job to call and let customer know if they running late. Then she says shes cancelling and hung up.
