Just received my 7mm 14k white gold Cuban link necklace with the sleek lock. It’s better than I hoped. Their customer service and communication with the employees since day one has been top notch. They responded within a day to all my questions, was able to get the necklace to me faster than expected, and the quality definitely exceeded my expectations. I love the staff. They were super friendly with my 2 toddlers. They resized a ring for my grandmother perfectly and cleaned it so beautifully. The woman working even let me use the diamond tester which was fun haha. 10/10 I would recommend

Have bought several pieces of jewelry from this location unfortunately, this will be my last time visiting for some odd reason. This was the first time I was actually asked to give my ID to even see a piece of jewelry.
