Best jewelry store in the Fairfield Mall hands down. The other stores charge 3x as much for gold let alone the diamonds. I had just recently purchased 2 items a 10k gold ring with natural diamonds & a pendant with lab grown diamonds one on credit pre approved the other I payed in full. I also able to return/exchange the one I payed in full for a another item the very next day due to me not wanting the lab grown diamonds even with the receipt saying No refunds No exchange All sales final. Just received my 7mm 14k white gold Cuban link necklace with the sleek lock. It’s better than I hoped. Their customer service and communication with the employees since day one has been top notch. They responded within a day to all my questions, was able to get the necklace to me faster than expected, and the quality definitely exceeded my expectations. I love the staff. They were super friendly with my 2 toddlers. They resized a ring for my grandmother perfectly and cleaned it so beautifully. The woman working even let me use the diamond tester which was fun haha. 10/10 I would recommend

Have bought several pieces of jewelry from this location unfortunately, this will be my last time visiting for some odd reason. This was the first time I was actually asked to give my ID to even see a piece of jewelry.
