I took my gold chain in for a repair, and unfortunately, when I picked it up, I noticed that some gold was missing. The chain was in full condition when I dropped it off, so this was very disappointing. I expected a simple repair, not to have less gold returned to me. I reached out to the business to resolve the issue, and I hope they will take responsibility and make it right. They Suck. They sold me earrings for a down payment of $170.00 and I still owe $400.00. The next day I went to to a goldsmith who is a associate and had him look at what I purchased and then he tested the gold weighted it and said that's is worthb3 $32.00 after I went and had 2 additional 2nd opinions they all said the same thing even without ever knowing that I previously had them appraised ....
