Currently on my 4th purchase already and the customer service is outstanding. I am a lifetime customer of this store and will continue to get all my jewelry needs here. Staff makes it feel more personal and thoughtful and developed a friendship with them. Highly recommend this store and ask for the manager she will always go out her way to make you happy!

I took my gold chain in for a repair, and unfortunately, when I picked it up, I noticed that some gold was missing. The chain was in full condition when I dropped it off, so this was very disappointing. I expected a simple repair, not to have less gold returned to me. I reached out to the business to resolve the issue, and I hope they will take responsibility and make it right.
