CLARITY was an incredible find for me! Dr. Danielle and Jeffery provided a phenomenal eye exam and contact fitting experience. I can't say enough about Dr. Richardson and her team. I followed her from a previous office and I am so happy to see the space she has created. Her team is extremely attentive, helpful and kind. I never felt rushed during my visit and left feeling confident in my care plan.
I am visiting from out of town and forgot my contact lenses. After trying a few local places to get a few samples or anything quick and getting bad customer service and rudeness I found my hero at Clarity on Melrose. I walked in and asked if they carried my contacts, and Jeff, the front desk, saw my prescription and kindly went to get me a few days NO CHARGE!! He was so sweet, and the office is so so beautiful!! Everyone go to Clarity, they actually care about you!!
This office is the most beautiful, professional, and wonderful optometry office I’ve ever seen and been to. Dr. Danielle Richardson is the most thorough, professional, and knowledgeable optometrist ever, she really takes the time to explain everything throughout your examination.
