CASH PATIENTS, BEWARE! Being new to the area, I needed an endocrinologist to refill my thyroid medication. I asked the front desk how much it would be. They said they couldn't tell me until after my appointment but asked me to go online and pay $100 before my visit. After my visit, I went to the check out desk to pay my bill. They said they didn't know my total and they were not set-up to take payment anyway, but that I would be receiving 2 separate bills, one from the Dr. and one from the facility. $456.77 dollars later! The doctor was efficient and timely. He took the time to ask if f I needed refills, etc.
Not happy.
The staff were professional and helpful. The Physician was both Invaluable and knowledgeable about helping me make decisions about my health.
