Vets stay away from this hospital, find another hospital. One has to kiss the cans of Hollywood Memorial Hospital's nurses and nurse assistants or they will ignore or become vindictive to patients cared for when staying overnight. Â
1.   left this office in August because I wasn't getting the care I needed in a timely manner.. I started a new dentist in September and since then I've had five crowns done and five cavities. The last tooth that needs to be replaced is the last tooth that doctor Atkins filled. There is still a cavity underneath his filling.  2.  I was told Dr. Atkins's office takes Delta dental Needless to say they don't.  They only take Delta premier leaving me to pay close to $700 with $145 remaining for my cleaning. . Dr Leon is my doctor since 2015, he is the best doctor in Miami.Â
This doctor does the bare minimum. He didn’t answer any of my questions and showed zero empathy. He sent me home with a low-grade fever, high white blood counts, and abdominal pain. I had to ask him if I should return if it doesn’t go away or if it worsen as he was not offering any medical advice. He didn’t care to give me any explanation nor send me to a specialist. I am completely in the dark. I called my PCP who sent me to the ER and he is appalled by this man’s lack of proactiveness. I do not recommend this doctor.Â
There are Manny doctors out there,,,, And than there is Dr Juan Pastor Manny superlative words can be used to describe him Ill use the word that in my opinion describes him best He is THE BEST OF THE BEST !!!! Â
We can call then “angels” . a big shout to Dr Smolar and the trauma team. Very thankful to the entire personal that works in the trauma center. you guys are unique. We were treated as family . Thank you so much !Â
