I've been a patient of this doctor for 5 years and he still doesn't know me. Very impersonal. He asks me how I'm doing but doesn't listen for my response. Yesterday, I spent two and one half hours in this freezing cold building relayed from one test to the other. I told the assistants I wanted a new vision prescription but they resisted, trying to convince me I probably needed another laser treatment for scar tissue on left eye (had it on R eye but no improvement). Highly recommended. Dr Daniel Welch did cataract surgery recently on my right eye. Dr Damon Welch did cataract surgery 1 week later on my left eye. I haven't experienced any pain before,during,or after surgery. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my eyes other than these 2 doctors. You are definitely in good hands with these 2 doctors. Relax,nothing to worry about. The staff is very friendly. I cant give them enough stars. Again,highly recommended.
My husband had cataracts removal and lens implants in both eyes a week apart. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and really cared. My husband has Severe Anxiety Disorder, they didnt gave a problem working with us at all.
he is not friendly or care about patient or explain about problem well his goal is to ask what you here for when his associates did write every thing he didnt even look and ask patient why am i there. he wants to make quick money by operating cataracts and laser surgeries. he did my cataract operation one year ago i am already having problems on both eyes now he wants to do the laser surgery because he messed up.and they make 2 times surgery money sad.
Had cataract and lens implant surgery by Dr. Daniel Welch on both eyes in past 2 weeks. The care and service from Eye Specialists of FL was outstanding. Everyone was organized and completed the process with wonderful results. Wore glasses since 1960 and now I do not need any glasses except to read. I highly recommend Dr. Welch and his company for eye care. The customer service from the Winter Haven office was also outstanding.
Dr. Welch does not talk much but he does excellent work. He removed cataracts from both of my eyes.
Dr. Welch and staff are wonderful. Surgery went perfect. Would recommend Dr.Welch to family and friends.
this eye specialist place not good. I would not recommend this place for any eye problems. the place goal is to get cash from patients than taking care of patients. I have insurance witch cover for my cataract 100% but this place telling me to bring check with me than i call my insurance they tell me these doctors are in my insurance coverage dont pay them what they ask I had first eye same problem than the insurance told them i guess now with second eye they asking same again. do not trust
Both Dr.'s Welch were both wonderful and caring. Very informative and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Staff were the best! Overall could not have expected a better experience. Would highly recommend!
